As with all manufacturing processes, there may be the occasional hiccup. We’re fully aware – and prepared for it!
With that in mind, should you have an enquiry about the device or need help with a malfunction please drop by the CRADLE office at Suite 4.8.1, Level 4, PNB Darby Park, 10 Jalan Binjai, 50450 Kuala Lumpur to exchange your unit.
