Joshua Tan graduated from the University of Keele in England in 1995 with a Second Class (Upper) Honours Degree in Law/Management Science. He was admitted as a Barrister-at-Law of the Middle Temple in 1996, and obtained the LLM from King’s College, University of London in 1998. Joshua was called to the Singapore Bar in March 1999.
Prior to joining Legal Solutions LLC, Joshua was a Partner in the corporate finance department of a large Singaporean firm.
Joshua’s area of practice covers corporate finance (equity capital markets, i.e. initial public offerings, rights and warrants issues, placements, bonus issues, and mergers & acquisitions), corporate restructuring, general corporate and commercial, asset/fund and wealth management, and advising on securities regulations.
